Pamper yourself using this natural body scrub! Exfoliate skin gently, (avoid eyes) and rinse with warm water. Experiment using different spices. The coconut oil leaves you with a smooth, silky skin. For a gentler exfoliation, use castor sugar and a little white sugar instead.

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup raw sugar
2 vanilla beans, scraped (discard pod) (or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essential oil
1 cup coconut oil (approximately), liquid
1. Combine sugars, vanilla and essential oil.
2. Add oil slowly, mixing well until sugar mixture is coated but not too oily.
3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Warn hands (or remove jar from refrigerator) before use - the coconut oil will solidify in the refrigerator.
