CINNAMON SUGAR SCRUB

Pamper yourself using this natural body scrub! Exfoliate skin gently, (avoid eyes) and rinse with warm water. Experiment using different spices and oils. Finish with your favourite moisturiser (if desired). For a gentler exfoliation, use castor sugar and a little white sugar instead.
   
MAKES 3-4 CUPS
   
Ingredients: 
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup raw sugar
2 tablespoons (40ml) ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon essential oil
1 cup oil i.e. sunflower, olive or coconut (approximately)
   
Method:
1. Combine sugars, cinnamon and essential oil.
2. Add oil slowly, mixing well until sugar mixture is coated but not too oily.
3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
