STRAWBERRY SALSA

Sweet, tangy and a mild bite of jalapeno – this fresh juicy strawberry salsa goes PERFECTLY with salty tortilla chips!

Ingredients for  STRAWBERRY SALSA

Yield: 3 CUPS
Strawberries
4 cups
Jalapeno
1 (optional)
Red Onion
1/2
Coriander Leaves
1/3 cup
Lime
1
Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon (optional)
Salt
Pinch
Pepper
Pinch
 
METHOD:
1.  Wash, hull and dice strawberries.
2.  De-seed jalapeno and finely dice.
3.  Finely dice red onion.
4.  Slice coriander leaves thinly.
5.  Zest and juice the lime.
6.  Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season to taste.
7.  Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow it to become juicier.
8.  Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
