FRUIT & YOGHURT ROLL-UP (FRUIT LEATHER)



Ingredients for FRUIT & YOGHURT ROLL-UP

Yield: 1 Tray
Greek-Style Yoghurt
(or other type of yoghurt)
1 1/2 cups
Cooked Fruit Puree (or Jam)
2 tablespoons
Desiccated Coconut (optional)
1 teaspoon
   
METHOD: 
1. Blend ingredients together until smooth. 
2. Spoon puree evenly onto a greased fruit roll tray.
3. Sprinkle with coconut, if desired.
3. Dehydrate for 5-7 hours at 55°C (130°F) or until dry. Surface will be slightly sticky.
4. Roll up to form a log.
5. Wrap in non-stick baking paper and store in an airtight container in a cool, dark and dry place for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
