CHIA SEED MIX SPRINKLE

Simple to make, looks and tastes great! Add a tasty crunch to your salad, sandwich, yoghurt or porridge – or sprinkle some seed mix on top of bread before baking. 
     
Ingredients for CHIA SEED MIX SPRINKLE

Yield: 1 x 500ml Jar
Chia Seeds, Black
1/2 cup
Sesame Seeds
1/2 cup
Sunflower Seeds
1/2 cup
Flaxseed
1/3 cup
Pepitas
1 tablespoon
   
METHOD:
1. Measure all ingredients into a bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Pour into a 500ml jar (or airtight container), adding an oxygen absorber (optional) and seal tightly.
4. Always use a clean, dry spoon to remove seed mix from the container to prevent spoilage.
5. Store in the pantry away from heat, moisture and sunlight. 
6. Consume within 2-3 months.
7. Serve in a smoothie, as a topping for yoghurt, porridge or bread (before baking).
