LAVENDER SALT SOAK

Had a busy day? Add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup salt soak mix to your next warm bath, swish around to dissolve, and then relax, easing tired, aching muscles while you soak. Salt soaks help stimulate circulation, increase moisture retention and detox, hydrate and soothe irritated skin. This mix also makes a lovely foot soak!
