Which fruits and vegetables are in season each month? Here is our basic reference lists to plan your canning and preserving each month in Australia. Shopping locally from orchards, markets and greengrocers supports local businesses, reduces food miles and can save you money by buying in bulk when fresh produce is in peak and at their best quality (and cheapest price).
