BAILEY’S IRISH CREAM



MAKES AROUND 600ML

 
INGREDIENTS:
170g (6oz) whiskey (or vodka)
200g (7oz) sweetened condensed milk
15g (0.5oz) chocolate sauce
225g (8oz) cream (35% butterfat)
 
METHOD:
1. Measure ingredients into a 1L jar.
2. Add lid and shake to combine.
3. Refrigerate in the jar, or decant into bottles for gifts. 
4. Store in the refrigerator and serve over ice, with milk, or add into your favourite cocktail. Will keep for up to 2 months.
    

FLAVOUR IDEAS:
  • Use caramel syrup or sauce instead.
  • Add coffee.
  • Add vanilla extract.
  • Add orange liqueur or peppermint schnapps.
