Hot Chocolate Mix & Dehydrated Mini Marshmallows |
YIELD: 5-6 CUPS
INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 cups skim milk powder
2 cups icing sugar (powdered sugar), sifted
1 cup good quality cocoa powder, sifted
1 teaspoon salt
METHOD:
1. Sift ingredients into a bowl. Mix well.
2. Pack into clean, dry, airtight jars.
3. Seal, label and store in your pantry for up to 3 months.
How to Make a Hot Chocolate:
Stir 3 heaped tablespoons of hot chocolate mix into 1 cup of boiling water (or hot milk). Serve.
FLAVOUR IDEAS:
- Choc mint mix: add ground candy canes or powdered mint flavouring;
- Try other flavours (powdered only, no liquids).
