HOMEMADE FUDGE

YIELD: 1 X TRAY (20CM X 20CM)
   
INGREFDIENTS:
3 cups milk chocolate buttons
395g sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup butter
Nuts, dried fruit, or sweets (optional)
   
METHOD:
1. Measure chocolate buttons, sweetened condensed milk and butter into a large microwave-proof bowl.
2. Microwave on 50% power until chocolate has melted (3-5 minutes), stirring every minute or so.
3. Add nuts, dried fruit, flavouring or sweets (if using). Mix well.
4. Pour into a baking-paper-lined 20cm x 20cm dish. Sprinkle with extra toppings (if desired).
5. Refrigerate until set then cut into cubes. Store in the refrigerator. Consume within two weeks.
