Ingredients for STRAWBERRY SUGAR

YIELD: 2/3 CUP

|
Dehydrated or Freeze-Dried Strawberries
|
1/2 cup
|
Castor Sugar
|
1/4 cup

METHOD:

2. Strain to remove strawberry seeds, if desired.
3. Add sugar and mix well.
4. Store in an airtight container.
