FRESH SAUSAGE RECIPES

Mince the chilled meat on medium, then fine, mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for a few hours (or overnight) before stuffing. Make one batch, cook, and taste, adjust the recipe (use the sausage-making record chart), then make more of your favourite sausage flavours!
