Finely woven 100% cotton (90 threads per inch) this tight weave butter muslin is used to drain yoghurt, soft cheese/curds, nut milk and juice. You can cut this cloth into smaller pieces for lining cheese baskets. Machine washable and reusable.

Cheese Basket Feta Hard

Feta Basket Hard

We use these for making paneer cheese, feta, haloumi, etc. They can be lined with cheesecloth and then left to gravity drain, or stack two or more for pressing. A two litre milk container usually fits inside this (to use as a 2kg weight for your cheese) firm basket.
