Croutons

Processing: Dehydrator 4-6 hours (70'C/155'F) 
Storage: Airtight container
    
Have stale bread? Feed to the chooks - or make croutons in your dehydrator!
 
Ingredients:
bread (fresh or stale)
    
Prepare bread.
Dice bread, spread onto dehydrator trays and dry at 70'C (155'F) for 4-6 hours, or until crisp.
  
Store croutons in an airtight container.
  
Flavour Idea: sprinkle bread before drying with
  • Flavoured salt i.e. garlic salt, onion salt;
  • Herbs (fresh or dried);
  • Parmesan cheese.
