Serving Ideas

Pressure canned food quickly replaces commercially prepared tinned foods! Prepare quick meals using your jars as a base for a meal (or a ready to heat and eat meal).
   
-         Heat and eat soup;
-         Add into your favourite curry;
-         Lentils/beans into burgers;
-         Chilli ready-to-eat (just steam rice or potatoes);
-         Mushrooms and corn into risotto;
-         Puree chickpeas to make hummus;
-         Make spaghetti, heat meatballs & stir through hot spaghetti sauce;
-         Heat some shredded meat for sandwiches & wraps;
-         Heat vegetables for side dishes;
-         Heat diced potato/pumpkin and make into mash;
-         Serve corned beef hash alongside toast and eggs;
-         Baked beans on toast;
-         Stuffed potatoes.
