I picked up a copy of this recipe book while I was out yesterday. Read it cover to cover in the evening and finished feeling inspired with future recipes!
 
Initially I was hesitant, especially whilst reading the sterilisation section (which I shall post info about soon). I always sterilise by boiling the jars and simmering the seals/lids for at least 10 minutes. Also the book doesn't mention much about water bath canning (HWB) so makes me wonder about shelf stability of items others have canned from referring to this book?
  
HOWEVER, the photographs are lush and bright, the step-by-step instructions are easy to follow for beginners, and there is a lot of variety in the recipes to tempt experienced canners too.
